Working alongside one of the most well-respected building surveyors in the UK, we were tasked with carrying out refurbishment works to the external façade and roof of this Grade II listed building to bring back to its former glory. Using a mixture of reclaimed slate tiles for roof repairs, lime sand cement render, and Keim render paint we completely transformed the building. As part of the works, we also carried out spot repointing, rebuild of parapet walls, brickwork clean, replaced the rainwater goods for new, installed pigeon netting and spikes, carried out full external decoration and replaced flat roof covering.
