We were awarded the works following a tender process. The works where dilapidation to return the area back to Cat A Landlords spec finishes. Works included strip out of tenant installed Partitions, Flooring, Mechanical & Electrical, and all other Fixtures and Fittings, along with reconfiguring items that had been relocated, and to make good all disturbed areas. Whilst works where underway we were also instructed to replace all of the existing lighting for new LED fittings, and to replace Fire Barriers throughout as the existing were damaged.
