We were awarded the works following a tender process. The works where dilapidation to return the area back to Cat A Landlords spec finishes. Works included strip out of tenants furniture, Flooring, Mechanical & Electrical, and all other Fixtures and Fittings, along with reconfiguring items that had been relocated, and to make good all disturbed areas. We also carried out roof repairs to the existing tiled roof, and redecorated the front and rear fascade of the building.
