We were awarded the works following a tender process. The existing building sited a 25m redundant swimming pool, our brief was to strip out all fixtures and fittings, including the existing ceramic tiles to the base and sides of the pool, we then filled the swimming pool with concrete, working closely with the project engineer. Following the infill we carried out a complete fit out which included, DPM to floor, latex and apply vinyl flooring with expansion joint details, install new suspended ceiling, lighting, power, fire alarm & new heating system, installing new aluminium doors into the existing curtain walling, and installing a DDA compliant access ramp.
