We had the pleasure of completing the dilapidation works on this 2400m2 office space in Basingstoke. As part of a competitive tender process, we successfully delivered the CAT A dilapidation work on behalf of our longstanding client. Works included full strip out of tenants installed fit out, M&E works, full suspended ceiling replacement, new flooring, raised flooring, and decoration, amongst other works. This was a large scale project spanning over 3 months, handed over to programme. Thanks to everyone involved.
