We where awarded the works following a tender process.
The works were dilapidation to return the office and warehouse area back to Cat A Landlords spec finishes. Works included strip out of tenant installed Car turn tables, Partitions, Flooring, Electrical, and all other Fixtures and Fittings, along with reconfiguring items that had been relocated, and to make good all disturbed areas.
We also carried out cut edge corrosion repair works to the existing roof, treated the existing roof lights, and carried out general repairs to the external cladding.
