Following a successful competitive tender, we were appointed to complete the dilapidation works at a 3,000m² industrial premises in Thatcham, Berkshire. The project involved a comprehensive range of works, including strip-out, flooring, plumbing and mechanical services, electrical works, commercial cleaning, and the redecoration of approximately 2,500m² of warehouse flooring. All works were completed within the agreed timeframe, allowing the premises to be handed back to the client on schedule. The client was extremely pleased with the quality of the completed works and the overall outcome.
